Only information needed for the agreed purpose should be included.

Our Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used and disclosed, including access for support and maintenance. It states that personal information is not sold. Customer approval and appropriate service arrangements should be in place before customer information is introduced.

Access and financial controls

The workflow includes named user accounts, role-based access, sale approvals, period locks and audit history for supported records. These features help teams separate responsibilities and trace changes to their source. Access should reflect each person's role and business need.
